After weeks of speculation, Governor Bill Richardson is endorsing Barack Obama. At this point I’m not sure any endorsements are going to significantly swing voter support one way or another. But this is very good news for Obama in terms of superdelegates as Richardson is well-respected within the party. The governor had this to say:

“I believe he is the kind of once-in-a-lifetime leader that can bring our nation together and restore America’s moral leadership in the world, As a presidential candidate, I know full well Sen. Obama’s unique moral ability to inspire the American people to confront our urgent challenges at home and abroad in a spirit of bipartisanship and reconciliation.”

Richardson would make a fantastic vice president choice for either candidate and I’d assumed that was why he’d been withholding his endorsement. Now that he’s behind Obama, we’ll see what role he assumes in the campaign and any shadow cabinet.

i donno why hes endorsing the black guy. Hilarry-Richardson is more plausible. two minorities.. hmm. But obama might need him to get the hispanic vote, also kind of ruins his Libertarian-democrat credentials with the now increasingly lefty obama. But obama might see the fiscal conservativeness as a positive. who knows these things.. no one.

Maybe he just, you know, decided that Obama would make a better President? Radical reason for an endorsement, of course. But it might happen. Not every endorsement is the result of a job/favor promise.

It seems coincidental that with obama being hit from all sides who question – who is obama? in re: Rev. Wright, hamas supporter malley, “this is the first day of my life that i am proud to be an american, and God knows what is coming down the pike, that Gov. Richardson makes his endorsement. Is he Obama’s white (no pun intended) knight? And what can he expect as recompense?

Obama has no credibility. He initially went on the record stating he had not heard the offensive statements by pastor Wright. He stated he “knew about one of them”. During his “historic speech” he admits that indeed he did heard these “controversial” comments by Rev. Wright.

I always knew something was not quite wright when someone does not take PAC money just as he announces to run for president. What a political savy move by Axel Rod but it won’t work. Obama is a typical polticial who took thousands from special interests like the pharmeceutical companies and nuclear industry. To make matters worse, he introduced legislation that was appealing to these special interests.

Axel Rod, not everyone drank the Obama cool-aid (except for the “educated” latte drinking liberals) Thats right, despite
the media’s efforts to turn your candidate into a saint not everyone fell for it.
John Edwards should have been our nominee. He NEVER took PAC money.
And for all you Obama followers no matter how you try to spin the Pastor’s comments, they were at the very least divisive and anti-American.

One more thing: BILL RICHARDSON IS A JUDAS!
