Welcome to another Thursday, my ninjas. Hope all is going well for you this week, and if all is actually lost, don’t despair: Today, we’ve got some exclusive Death audio for you to feast on.
As you well know, a remastered version of my favorite Death disc, Leprosy, will be reissued later this month, with all sorts of bonus material and other goodies.
On the third disc of the three-disc set, there’s a bunch of live footage, captured during Death’s December 13, 1988, gig in Rochester, New York.
What follows is a version of “Open Casket” you have never heard before; it’s also available to fans who purchase the deluxe digital album.
Pre-order the reissue here.
The Leprosy reissue will be made available through Relapse Records on April 25 in Benelux, Germany, and Finland; April 29 in North America and April 28 in the rest of the world.
The entire album, as well as the bonus material, has been painstakingly remastered by Alan Douches.
We’re very fortunate to be able to bring this to you exclusively, and well, we hope you enjoy it. Listen loudly, folks.
