Despite all the clones Apple still rules the digital music universe, with Apple’s new U2 iPod the new ‘must have’ model for all iPodagogues. Based on the existing 30Gb 5th generation video iPod, this new unit features an all-black stainless steel enclosure, red Click Wheel and custom engraving of all the U2 band member signatures on the back. You also get to download 30 minutes of exclusive U2 video clips free from the iTunes Music Store as part of the package. While it does cost $50 more than the regular 30Gb model, if you’re a fan of U2, how can you resist?
