I have had a similar experience with H2O audio products. Leaky cases, bad fitting headsets with poor audio.... After trying several brands and types of waterproof audio products, I have found that the only one that really works is the Swimman waterproof iPod Shuffle and their waterproof headset. The fit is very comfortable and the sound qulaity is great. After over a year of heavy use, no problems.

Rubbish. I have had two kits from H2O Audio for different ipods. The headphones only work on one channel for the first kit; H2O did not respond to emails or phone about this. The waterproofing failed on the the second, blowing the iPod. And before this happened, it was very difficult to work the controls when the iPod was in the case. There is no support, no response, terrible company, avoid at all costs.

My waterhousing and Ipod ripped out of the arm band when surfing. I lost it on a wipeout. I thought it might float in but I did not see it come to the shore and couldn't find it floating. Total loss was around $500.
