However, my husband has been searching for a Wii for his brother, and can’t find one – but has been offered a PS3 because they didn’t have a Wii. When he said no, he didn’t want a PS3, the clerk remarked “Nobody wants these things”. So what does it mean when you can find a PS3, but can’t find a Wii?

Well-put. This, to me, suggests that something is seriously wrong at the company. Maybe they’re just trying to minimize the bleeding of cash.
