I also use skype with an $3 country wide calling plan with an included regular phone number, so I could avoid signing up for an expensive normal phone connection. I'm also a Paypal and Ebay user. However, I don't see why I should use this service, since I can just as easily use the Paypal website. Although I think the Skype guys have taken great care to make Skype secure, it still seems like one more attackable link in the chain. I guess Zennstrom is working overtime to justify the ton of cash Ebay paid for Skype... Good luck with that, but I wish you'd do more work to make our contacts' online status update quicker when running skype on smart phones. I use skype to stay in contact with friends overseas.
