What the feck was he sellin games for? Selling that is just asking for it. Selling and installing modchips shouldn’t be illegal..especially the ones that come with blank chips. It doesn’t do anything once soldered in the console. It’s just null. . It requires flashing. The 360, wii, psp modchips are all non flashable right now.
