We've even had a recent struggle in Germany about a company that claims to own the trademark "Kinder" (as in kindergarden), meaning children. Bottom line: you can't help stupid people. :-) Where I don't agree is that the HTC Touch is just a plain old PDA compared to the iPod Touch. The fact that the iPod Touch can only be used in a very limited way (only Wi-Fi, no Flash support, no email application) doesn't make it a decent PDA replacement yet.
