iPhone hitting Europe in November says leaked T-Mobile Germany ad
Can Apple even keep a secret in this day and age? Supposedly a leaked T-Mobile ad for the iPhone hit the web today with plenty of details to boot.
The leaked ad, according to Electronista, features a 3G iPhone with 16GB of memory with US friendly HSDPA and Europe-only UMTS.
The ad, posted below, appears to be consistent with T-Mobile’s advertising and includes several wireless plans to go along with the device. Previously in July, Electronista reported that T-Mobile Germany was hosting hidden pictures of the iPhone, so it is all but confirmed that the carrier is Apple’s service provider of choice for at least Germany.
All of this lines up with earlier reports of a possible 3G iPhone hitting by November, and even Engadget was told by Apple during the Q3 fiscal call that more information about the Euro iPhone would be made available at the end of their current fiscal quarter, which ends September 30th. It is also interesting to note that the Apple Expo is set to take place on September 25th, and Apple has used the event to introduce several products in the past.
It’s all becoming clearer now.
