If you wanted to do a serious scam, you would obviously choose a reliable platform that wouldn’t give you any nasty surprises, wouldn’t let you down, etc. You would want one that couldn’t easily be cracked by the security people, one that was flexible, controllable with powerful scripting languages. And you certainly wouldn’t want to pay Bill for the privilege, would you! Why should scammers choose rubbish?
