		<description>If you wanted to do a serious scam, you would obviously choose a reliable platform that wouldn&#039;t give you any nasty surprises, wouldn&#039;t let you down, etc.  You would want one that couldn&#039;t easily be cracked by the security people, one that was flexible, controllable with powerful scripting languages.  And you certainly wouldn&#039;t want to pay Bill for the privilege, would you!  Why should scammers choose rubbish?</description>
