		<description>I believe your article is mistaken about the $20 charge.  That $19.99 charge is for unlimited voice service over wifi. You are not required to get this service to use the wifi capability of the 3 wifi phones that Tmobile offers.  In other words, you can use your existing service minutes on your new Tmobile wifi/hotspot capable phone. No need to upgrade your service, just your phone.
