the goverment WILL never stop everyone but it requires a lot of skill to make a tool and use it to great effect but it is so anoying having to reboot the computer after it has been effected by it.

The government will never win. We are the people. Our crime is that of curiosity. Our loss is our freedom. Hacking is a skill not for the lazy, nor the unintelligent. It takes a honed eye to see an exploit. It takes a sharp mind to use it. Exploit code, not people – we are anonymous. Expect us.

As long as it is not the government of the day defines what is a criminal activity – I recall a Labour Home Secretary defining a subversive as anyone who causes problems for the government. So an investigative journalist, if there are any left, could be arrested for using a password recovery tool on hteir own computer on the grounds that he intends to use it ti firther subversive activities.

Don’t laugh, I am told public criticism of UK government policies has already been made illegal.

The article says:
