i just started using twitterlights. it lets me highlight stuff on any website and send tweets with out leaving the page. saves me a lot of time.

Great summary of the apps and the fever around Twitter. We love Twitter at MessageDance. We’ve enhanced people’s twitterability by enabling more than 140 chars with multi-media support (html embeds as well as attachments) through email – all going to Twitter as your tweet. We’re also tweet-friendly where you can have just your 140 chars go through without a link-back to MessageDance if you prefer. See something you want to take a picture of on your phone? Do it and send it to tweet @ messagedance.com and it will go to your Twitter stream. It’s definitely a Twitter universe now.

Great overview of what’s out there for Twitter!

I’ve tried every app out there and currently use a Twhirl/IM/web interface mix. Twhirl is getting better and better and is currently my favorite desktop Twitter app.
