Good luck trying to get it fixed thru their customer service -- it is best just to create a new account as they never fix anything. All you can do is send emails. They pick and choose what they will respond too. I noticed a major overcharge (4) four times with them -- they refused to answer any emails -- thank GOD for paypal as they got me all my money back ( they even refused to speak to paypal !!! ) ... items are sometimes broken ... but described as working. Good luck returning the item as it is sold "as is" .. I recently won a bicycle for $40. Before bidding I filtered only the bikes at the local warehouse to avoid shipping. They shipped it for$58 anyway Fed ex never works well for me because I live alone in a neighborhood where I cannot leave a package outside. The deals used to be fantastic but there are too many users. I watched a drill that can be purchased at Home Depot for $69 sell for $90 plus the shipping... people are stupid and will bid on anything without knowing if it's a good deal or not when 2 seconds of homework and Google would tell them they are fools!!! How hard is it to put some double A batteries in a digital camera and see if it even powers up.
