Desperate wife slams husband with venomous YouTube video

By Matt Jansen

Desperate wife slams husband with venomous YouTube video We live in a time when any person on the globe can become a worldwide sensation in hours through blogs and online video. A desperate wife just posted a YouTube video insulting her husband and claiming various wrongs against her and it’s already received over 150,000 hits.

This sort of public cribbing creates a whole new meaning for the phrase treat others how you’d like to be treated, because potentially any slight could result in a tirade of public humiliation.

In this particular YouTube video, Tricia Walsh-Smith complains about how her husband Philip Smith has treated her. Smith also happens to be 25 older than her. According to the Associated Press:

She goes through their wedding album on camera, describing family members as “bad” or “evil” or “nasty,” and talks about how her husband is allegedly trying to evict her from their luxury apartment. She also makes embarrassing claims regarding their intimate life, and then calls his office on camera to repeat those claims to a stunned assistant.

This fits into the same category as Justin.tv, or other lifestreaming sites that make every day life into a show that people watch regularly.

Rabin, the matrimonial lawyer told the Associated Press that “over the last few years we’ve had to deal with emails getting into the press, emails that nobody thought would end up as Exhibit A. But throwing your secrets onto YouTube for the whole world to see — and comment on! That brings it to a whole new level.”
