Just to clarify, the Think city has just begun production in Norway in a facility some sixty kilometers outside of Oslo. The plant as a capacity of 10,000 vehicles annually. Initially all cars destined for the US - as well as sold in Europe -- will come from this plant. However, Think is considering eventually producing the car in the US and California would seem a logical location. However, according to Vickie Northup, Think North America's new operations manager, the company as not yet committed to building the car in the state.

You neglected to mention that the Think has a $150 to $300/mo battery rental fee, which the Aptera does not (the battery should last the life of the vehicle), nor that the Think goes from 0-60 in "quite a while".

Also, not only are the Aptera's safety features "beyond motorcycles", they're largely well beyond car standards. Double the roof crush strength, double the door crush strenght, 45" frontal crumple/deflection zone, etc.
