Repair service is extremely poor. I have had a phone problem for about 2 weeks and finally fixed today but following repair my home security system is out of order due to the repair and when I contacted ATT service they said that the repair could not be scheduled until next Thursday. I think this is poor service and am thinking about changing providers if it is not corrected this week. I now have phone and internet service with ATT.
