Since it is just a tool to access content already on the Internet, it seems like just a glorified music search engine to me. A really useful one, but similar to what you can accomplish with Google. It goes quicker because it searches directly for the play button on the song you want. If Youtube wants to host the content, they are responsible for people accessing it, not a search site like this.
