Paypal processes tens of billions of dollars of ebay and other payments with ZERO Federal or state oversight into thier policies and proceedures. The act in ways tantamount to being an international banking and credit processing house, yet because of how they are structured, they dont have to comply with any of the laws that banks and credit companies do. The fact that they freeze peoples accounts for 180 days with NO DUE PROCESS and not even interest paid on the money they freeze is completeley unfair and should be criminally illegal. Instead of charging the newly added cc, PayPal charged the $2750 to my older debit card, which has cost me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. PP cust srv says they can do nothing to help me. Their site is so confusing to me it was almost impossible. I will NEVER buy anything on EBAY again! ! I just got screwed by PayPal.
