But I wouldn't be surprised to see the judge find Dish in contempt, order them to pay even MORE, and order them to start paying Tivo a license fee if they want to continue offering. And of course they will, or face a mass exodus. Perhaps Dish should work a deal to just offer a Tivo as their STB and this goes away and we all win! Nobody is taking away anything.
