This is much to do about nothing honestly. If the shareholders think they shouldn't follow the law in other countries, then the shareholders can suffer the lack of revenue. Nothing THESE companies do is going to change these repressive regims and to think some "initiative" is going to change them is nonsense. So, what, these companies are supposed to just not do business in China, or India, or Turkey, or ???
