Obama is neither a Muslim or a terrorist, enough with the high-tech lynching

Clarence Thomas claimed at his Senate confirmation hearing that he was the victim of a high-tech lynching. He didn’t experience anything compared to Barack Obama. It doesn’t seem to matter how illogical the charge or how reputable the debunking organization, some people are continuing to spread the lies that Obama is both a Muslim and a terrorist.
Thanks to these ongoing lies, Obama has received more than the usual number of death threats received by previous President-Elects. It is also appalling that parents have passed what can only be described as their own racial hatred onto their children since there have been incidents of schoolchildren chanting “Assassinate Obama.”
I overheard a woman stating definitively that Obama was Muslim because she had read it in a book. Apparently she is unfamiliar with the CNN report debunking the allegation that Obama had once attended a madrassa. I guess accurate reporting doesn’t trump “fair and balanced” idiocy.
Not only is the truth about these lies easy to find in this day of the Internet just visit Snopes, but sites that perpetuate these lies are easy to find as well. Common sense should be enough to debunk at least one of these myths.
Although Barack Obama has repeatedly explained his limited contact with Bill Ayers, conservative pundits have continued to state that Obama in Sarah Palin’s words, would “pal around with terrorists.” If Bill Ayers or anyone else that Barack Obama associated with, was actually considered a modern day domestic terrorist, the Bush Administration would have used The Patriot Act to have him arrested and held for trial.
Character assassination through use of the Internet and the media has become more and more prevalent during campaigns. Take the swift boating of John Kerry during the 2004 election and the 2000 robocall smear of McCain, which McCain then used against Obama.
Enough. Barack Obama is Christian and a member of the United Church of Christ. You can find the Google results for Barack Obama’s biography here. He is not a terrorist nor does he “pal around with terrorists.” Bill Ayers acts of terrorism took place when Obama was 8-years-old. Ayers is now a Distinguished Professor of Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Get off it already. It’s been debunked. Stop quoting old propaganda that was a lie and move on. Just like with Clarence Thomas, this high-tech lynching is over.

Get off it already. Stop propogating the stupid idea that even if any of it were true, neither being a Muslim nor being BFF with Bill Ayers would be a bad thing. It’s as idiotic as the people crying over the Dole/Hagan fiasco where everyone automatically accepted the idea that if Hagan WERE an atheist it would have been a Bad Thing and was worth getting upset about. This kind of seemingly oblivious bigotry from otherwise intelligent people is frankly disgusting.

Christianity’s only a slightly more modernised version of an equally outdated and irrelevant mythbook.

Most Americans have listened to Barack Obama as well as his wife, Michelle Obama, speak during the campaign. I think both Barack and Michelle relate best to the black culture. Their tastes in music(rap/hip hop), expression of black anger, choice of clothing, black radical Christianity etc. form more of a familiar bonding with the black culture and speak to that culture. I find nothing in common with them and find both of them to be complete turn offs. I have ceased to listen to either one of them and don’t plan to become involved . I think their influence, appeal, and support needs to come from the black community and their black churches.

The issue was relating to his judgement. His lack of experience is going to make him rely on it far more than any President in modern history.
That was the issue. Not that he was planning to bomb the Capital. Or that he believed what Wright did. The way the good Reverend treated the Senator really made his judgement seem great,eh? He is going to have zero military or diplomacy or even executive experience. No one in countries looking to get an advantage is going to care about his ethnic makeup and his eloquence is not going to come across via a translator. He will be getting advice he will have no actual experience to weigh against. It will be his trust in the person. Get it now? It was his association. I didn’t care about Ayers. I did about Wright.
Nice Bush Patriot Act quip. Probably disappointed he didn’t invoke Martial law and seize control of the banks and cancel the elections as he stomped all over your civil rights while wiping his ass with the Constitution. And the number of people you actually know who were directly impacted by the Patriot Act are?
Luckily, we are not going to see Obama Derangement Syndrome from conservatives. Even though “Eight years of failed policy” was enough to fool people who somehow figured President Gore would have skipped 9/11 and the dot bomb crash, and no doubt would have tightened up low income mortgage qualifications with Civil Rights leaders cheering in the background and the no energy or climate change policy Clinton admin had nothing to do with what Bush had to deal with his first year.
I’m guessing you weren’t around for the Carter administration here we learned “change” had two possible outcomes.

Who ever you are, your lack of real facts make you sound very foolish. First Barack Obama has no connection to American Blacks. His ancestors on his father’s side sold people, they kidnapped, as slaves.
His buddy Bill Ayers said in 1998, on September 11th 2001, and then again in an interview recently that he should have set more bombs. Earlier this year Obama stated that Bill Ayers was “Chicago main stream”. People who bombed police stations, the Pentagon, and have murdered are not main stream anything in my book. Those that say that is main stream are have a twisted sense of propriety. Bill Ayers and Obama served on the same board of directors and had many meetings. Obama was appointed to the board by Bill Ayers. And you believe that they did not know about each other’s actions? You are either very ill informed or just making things up.

What bothers me is that Bill Ayers likes BHO. If someone like Bill Ayers liked me, I would be re-evaluating my principles. I do not want someone like him, liking me. And by the way, he doesn’t like me.
