If the developers refuse to listen to 'ordinary' people then maybe a blast from a comic genius will reach their ears a little better (or at least the bad publicity cause pause for thought). Fundamantally he is correct, easy & intiutive operation ought to be an increasingly common part of PC ownership, all too often it isn't. (but I do get along just fine with my XP PC) More power to your elbow Stephen!
