If the developers refuse to listen to &#039;ordinary&#039; people then maybe a blast from a comic genius will reach their ears a little better (or at least the bad publicity cause pause for thought).

Fundamantally he is correct, easy &amp; intiutive operation ought to be an increasingly common part of PC ownership, all too often it isn&#039;t.

(but I do get along just fine with my XP PC)</description>
