great review. love my new omnia. great unlocked world phones. camera and recorder is great for my wife and kids. very clear. much better than our unlocked blackberry phones. email and browser are great for my clients and keeping in touch. very practical phone, touch screen is great and the keys on bottom are easy to push. processor is fast and the battery life is really long. great unlocked mobile phones. facebook is great for my daughter and the apps keep me busy on my down days. it’s easy to text and email as well, got our last couple unlocked phones at gsmallover.com 2 thumbs way up

Good information. Currently I just got a Samsung Omnia SCH-i910 inside mail from ebay, and it currently looks that it is at stock settings for the Verizon Network. I strategy to make use of this mobile phone on Metro PCS. I also wish to set Windows Mobile 6.five on here, but I’m not sure which purchase I ought to do this in. Should I acquire it to Metro PCS as is and have it activated, after which it afterwards flash the ROM with 6.five? Or should I modify the ROM primary after which bring it to Metro PCS? I’ve been searching around and I’m unable to get the solution to this.

well one more flaw which i think is the way this phone gets hot while charging or playing java game . . .otherwise the phone is awesome . .

Great article. There is a way to disable the threaded feature in texting. It is a registry key. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\OEM\

Under the registry key, create a new DWORD value with value name as SMSInboxThreadingDisabled and set it value data to 1.

Hopefully there will be powertools for the phone and will just make this a checkbox.

Thanks! I actually left off some cool features like handwriting recognition and alternate keyboards in the interests of space. This is a very feature rich phone.

Exceptional review; however, this phone is not for me. Nor is the iPhone; simply because I feel it is far too expensive for the average user – and this from a MACfanatic! I like the Verizon Blackberry Storm and would love for you to review this phone.
