Muziic allows you to stream music for free

With music labels cracking down on online music streaming sites it’s difficult to find one that can let you listen to the tracks that you want, when you want them. Muziic is a new music player created by a 15-year-old, which may be just what we’ve all been looking for.
Muziic is a downloadable program, much like iTunes that gives you on-demand access to literally millions of streaming songs at a time. Unlike other players where you may have trouble finding particular tracks you’re interested in, Muziic for the most part doesn’t have a problem finding tracks from pretty much everyone.
While similar players only allow you to listen to tracks they have licensing agreements for, or that they can find on the web, Muziic scrapes YouTube to find tracks you’re interested in hearing. The result is that you can hear MUCH more music. Essentially you can listen to tracks that any music label has uploaded to YouTube, as well as any songs that have been illegally uploaded by users.
If you miss the good old music sharing days of Napster, the player also offers you the option of uploading your own music (or more than likely someone else’s music) to YouTube through a built-in uploader.
The player was built by a 15-year-old (with the help of his dad), which is slightly evident through the player design. It’s definitely not super professional looking, but it’s certainly functional.
It seems like no matter how hard the record companies try to put their music on loc down, someone comes up with a pretty solid way around it. You would think at some point they would just give up and let people share music, or come up with a way to make music affordable enough o one would want to steal it. What do you think about sites like Muziic that allow users to stream music for free?

A very cool app but I think that they will run into similar legal issues as the original Napster. Will be interesting to see if the labels go after them for facilitating copyright infringement. More at http://digadvisors.com/free-streaming-music-from-muziic/.
