There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public. Google could avoid this by posting the schedule. Thus the fearmongers could lock themselves out of public. But then the idiot "15 minutes of fame" crowd would be out in force doing all manner of stupid shxt that they could point to later when it appeared online. Silliness all, really.
