The Blackberry Storm is RIM’s latest attempt at taking a piece of the action from Apple and its amazingly popular iPhone. For the most part the Blackberry Storm is quite solid from a construction and email perspective. However, the OS is a completely different story. The OS has been riddled with bugs and issues since day one and RIM has recently announced that new firmware will be available this Sunday.

The Blu-ray format’s adoption rate has been on the climb for the past two years after its battle with HD-DVD. The format has been quickly picking ups steam matching perditions that sales would double within this year. It also seems like the format is eating away at DVD sales as revenue has dropped while Blu-ray has exploded.

Better Place has been racking up contracts with cities, states and countries to build electric vehicle charging stations. Coulomb is growing its own presence with partnerships with cities and businesses to build its own network of plug-in vehicle charging stations. They both are growing rapidly but in different directions.
