My ad on Bing doesn't show in my office, home or many friends homes who live in the Philadelphia area where my ad is targeted. My Google ad placement works fine though. I reported the problem to Microsoft AdCenter Support weeks ago but they haven't admitted there is a problem yet. Bing is having problems with regional and local geographic ad placements. I find it strange how they're pasting other search engines as inaccurate while I find that they're more accurate than and MS search engine offerings...
