		<description>Bing is having problems with regional and local geographic ad placements.  My ad on Bing doesn&#039;t show in my office, home or many friends homes who live in the Philadelphia area where my ad is targeted.  My Google ad placement works fine though.
I reported the problem to Microsoft AdCenter Support weeks ago but they haven&#039;t admitted there is a problem yet.</description>

I find it strange how they&#039;re pasting other search engines as inaccurate while I find that they&#039;re more accurate than and MS search engine offerings...</description>
