T-Mobile admits to Nexus One 3G problems
No, you aren’t imagining it, you really are having problems with 3G connectivity on your Google Nexus One phone.
Since the launch of the Nexus One last week, the Google support forums for the phone have been flooded with complaints from users about issues with the 3G aspects of the device. Both Google and T-Mobile have been silent on the issue, leading to greater frustrations for the new customers.
Well, according to TmoNews, T-Mobile has finally acknowledged the issue with a post on the company forums:
Google and T-Mobile are investigating this issue and hope to have more information for you soon. We understand your concern and appreciate your patience.
Thus far this is the only information released on the issue and also the only communication from either company on the matter.
While some Nexus One owners have looked into returning their phones, they have been informed that there will be a $45 restocking fee to do so.
