Nurse posts operation photos to Facebook
Some people are so stupid I wonder how they obtain the jobs and hold down the careers they seem to. It’s like they keep their positions on wit alone. How else to explain the fact that a nurse, a highly-trained and important role in society, took photos of operations taking place and posted them on Facebook. What was he or she thinking?
According to The Daily Record, the nurse was based at Glasgow’s Southern General Hospital when they took pictures with the camera on their cellphone of patients having operations. They then uploaded these pictures to their Facebook account. No one else in the operating theater is thought to have noticed this going on, and it only came to light when a colleague who actually appeared in one of the snapshots noticed them on the social networking site.
The nurse has since been suspended, but I’d argue that someone with such little common sense and with such a multi-directional moral compass should maybe take up a new career. A member of the paparazzi would be a good fit.
