Developers for the new Google App Engine were baffled when they discovered PayPal was seemingly being blocked by the system. Even using third-party re-direction tools such as TinyURL were ineffective at providing a solution.

AT&T’s new chief technical officer John Donovan has stated that AT&T will not be interfering with BitTorrent users.
Donovan told Wired.com that AT&T is not interested in slowing down, stopping, or interfering with BitTorrent traffic.

If you can’t wait for the final version of Windows XP SP3 to trickle down to your system over automatic updates you can get it if you are a member of the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN). Windows XP SP3 was officially released to manufacturing (aka RTM) on April 21 and will be released to automatic updates on April 29.
