Denver based Qwest Communications International Inc. announced Tuesday that it will offer a voluntary buyout to employees responsible for traditional land lines. The offer is to less than 2 percent of Qwest’s almost 40,000 employees.

GoDaddy.com has denied censoring RateMyCop.com, after the site was directed to an “Ooops” page. A GoDaddy.com representative has told TECH.BLORGE.com that “censorship had nothing to do with it.”

GoDaddy.com has redirected RateMyCop.com to their own “OOPS” page providing a number for the site owner to contact. RateMyCop.com is a website where users rate more than 140,000cops on certain aspects of performance and behavior. The site displays public information from more than 400 precincts.
