Iran Bans

0 0

The blogosphere is powerful because of the many connections between us. I look in my referral files and am continually amazed at the shear amount of blogs that are starting to link to us on a daily basis and have Donklephant in their blogroll.

Not it seems as if Iran doesn’t want people to link to each other. Well, one our sister blogs on the Weblog Empire, Blog Herald, is saying that Iran is specifically banning, so I guess they’re only trying to make it harder.

Still, it’s a big DHM.

Iran has ordered all Iranian ISPs to filter and block the popular blog roll hosting service

The service is said to be popular among Iranian bloggers, the largest blogging community in the Middle East.

The Committee to Protect Bloggers writes that many Iranian bloggers perceive this as an ‘attack’ on the Persian blogosphere.

Personally, I can’t think of a better advertisement for Blogrolling. Start creating the ads now guys!
