Obama Adds 4 More Supers; Hillary Loses, Adds One

0

Rough day for Clinton on Saturday and now Obama leads her in superdelegates support for the first time by my count. And MSNBC’s. And AP’s.

It. Is. Over.

First, Obama added Carol Burke and Kevin Rodriguez switched. Both were from the Virgin Islands. Next, Ohio gave Obama Dave Regan, an add-on super.

The only elected superdelegate pickup of the day was Harry Mitchell of Arizona for Obama. He had this to say…

“I’m proud to support Barack Obama for president,” Arizona House of Representatives member Harry Mitchell said in Chicago.

“Like the primary voters of my congressional district … I am inspired by Barack’s vision for America, his ability to unify our country and bring much-needed to change to Washington,” added the Democrat, one of at least 10 superdelegates announcing their backing for Obama since Friday.

Clinton did get add on Arthur Powell from Massachusetts, but that made her +0 for the day.
