While Iâ€™m sure many Democrats see Barack Obamaâ€™s unprecedented fundraising as a very good thing, Iâ€™m not one to ever get excited by large amounts of money flowing into our political process.
Call me a skeptic or call me cynical, but after Obama broke his promise to accept public financing, Iâ€™ve questioned where his priorities lie: with responsible fundraising or with just doing what it takes to accumulate as big a war chest as possible.
The more I hear about his fundraising, the more I’m concerned about how he’s raising funds and from whom he’s collecting the money.
