You might have seen Robert Randolph & the Family Band on tour with the likes of Dave Matthews Band and Eric Clapton. Or maybe you caught his performance on the David Letterman Show, and picked up his newest album Colorblind. But on September 6th you will have the chance to see his blues rock trio perform as part of WXPN’s free music festival in Wiggins Park. But the festival promises to offer so much more.

George Porter Jr, Russell Batiste and Brian Stoltz will be on hand to provide a little bit of New Orleans Jazz flavor to the festivities. Meanwhile Big Sam’s Funky Nation, featuring Tasha Taylor, will be performing big bands beats for the crowd. Not to be out done during it’s own festival, Camden will be including it’s own New Orleans Style jazz band Subito Sounds to the mix, and adding in 61 North to the mix. and Philadelphia will be represented with musician D-For.

The afternoon will feature plenty of Cajun BBQ and Latin Food for the whole family. The Camden County Freeholder Board will offer plenty of free booths to check out. And their will be plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy.
