Meet Johnathan and Scott Hillstrand of Deadliest Catch

0

I suppose it’s possible you’ve never heard of the Discovery Channel show Deadliest Catch. After all, not everyone has cable TV. Of course the crews of the crab fishing boats have been in Seattle on numerous occasions for public and not so public appearances. Sig Hansen, captain of the F/V Northwestern, is from Seattle, among others of all the crews, and we have strong ties to the Alaskan seafood industry here. Journalists and bloggers in Seattle like to write about these guys who put their lives at risk to supply us with fresh crab.

But just in case you have no idea what I’m talking about, you still have time to watch some videos and do some reading on the Deadliest Catch website before the Puyallup Fair. And if you do know what I’m talking about, you might be excited to know that Johnathan and Scott Hillstrand from the Time Bandit will be making several appearances at the Puyallup Fair to meet with fans, autograph books and sell some Time Bandit merchandise. “As captain of Time Bandit during king crab season, Captain John runs a tight ship in the dangers of fishing in the Bering Sea.” You can find them at Showplace Way and Grand Ave. and you can find those places by clicking on this link for a map of the fair. Here’s their appearance schedule:
