For years they denied they would ever make a new album, but in October KISS will release Sonic Boom, an offering that stays true to their roots. As Gene Stanley says, “If you’re a fan of our stuff from about 1977, you’ll feel right at home.”
A month later, the classic rockers will hit Seattle on their KISS Alive 35 Tour. They will appear on November 15 in Key Arena and tickets go on sale to the public Saturday, September 26. You can get presale tickets, however, on Friday, September 25 from 10 am to 10 pm by clicking on this link and using the password: destroyer.
2009 has been a big year for KISS, with the new album and tour, and with the announcement that the band has finally been nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s been a long time coming, but we won’t find out if they make the cut until January.
