For our SCREENWRITERS, we offer awards and prizes for the sake of great writing to help support your writing talent and career. And for the MOVIE LOVERS, we have only one mission…to thrill the living daylights out of you!!

Terror Film Festival is located in the heart of Philadelphia PA at the prestigious Ethical Society Building at Rittenhouse Square. Philadelphia is a great place for filmmaking and filmmakers and each neighborhood contains a wealth of incredible shooting possibilities. And thanks to our amazing Greater Philadelphia Film Office, Philadelphia has a tremendous filmmaking history, rich with film and television production, such as, The “Rocky” movie series, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Cold Case, The Colbert Report, Invincible, National Treasure, The Sixth Sense, The Italian Job, Marley & Me, 12 Monkeys…and the list goes on and on. Over the years, over 250 major productions (and even more indies) have graced the streets of Philly, and Terror Film Festival is right in the middle of it all.

Terror Film Festival is all about horror, fantasy, sci-fi, thriller, drama and screenplay. Our call for entries for this worldwide film festival is focused on getting as many filmmakers and screenwriters involved with the festival as possible to help promote them and their careers. And as one of the premiere horror film festivals celebrating independent film, TFF is a halloween event that brings the best films to the audience. That’s what we think being a horror film festival is all about.
