You guys are savvy, right? I’m sure you’ve heard of The Believer, the literary magazine published by McSweeney’s that I never feel quite hip enough to read. Anyway, the folks there are sponsoring an awesome film screening/fundraiser this Wednesday, which I highly recommend attending!

The film in question is “An Education,” written and produced by Believer columnist (and uber-acclaimed author) Nick Hornby. The screening takes place at the Embarcadero Center Cinema at 8:30 p.m. But wait–there’s more! There will be a Q&A with Hornby after the film. Also, purchasing a ticket also gets you a copy of “Housekeeping vs. the Dirt,” one of his column collections.

Tickets are $30—not too pricey when you consider the fact that the book’s included. You can buy them here.
