Lilith Fair returns, tickets go on sale this week
It’s been 11 years since Lilith Fair toured, and while the women only musical festival isn’t really breaking new ground by touring again in 2010, its long hiatus and even longer list of incredible female performers is sure to attract huge crowds.
Lilith Fair comes to The Gorge on Saturday, July 3, 2010 and tickets go on sale Saturday, March 27th. Radio station 103.7 The Mountain is offering a presale on Friday, March 26th from 10 am to 10 pm using the password: KMTT. They are also running a promotion to win tickets all this week. If you listen between 9 am and 2 pm and hear a song by Sarah McLachlan, Sheryl Crow or Colbie Caillat, give the station a ring. Caller 10 will win tickets. Good luck.
The Lilith Fair lineup is an impressive array of talent that begins with its founder, Sarah McLachlan, and ends with a number of newer artists who didn’t appear during the first round of the festival from 1997 to 1999. Let’s be frank, some of them weren’t anywhere near old enough to perform during the festival’s first incarnation.
Below is a very partial and incomplete list of the 2010 Lilith Fair acts – get the complete list on the website.
