Hurry for tickets to the Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery 2010 concert series

Wine and music. Wine and Ringo Starr, Harry Connick, Jr., Earth, Wind & Fire, Pink Martini, Chris Isaak and Jamie Cullum. Can you think of a better combination? Thousands of people can’t, and since the amphiteater at Chateau Ste. Michelle holds a limited number of concert-goers and since the summer concert lineup was announced recently, it would be a good idea to get tickets now for anyone you want to see. Concerts often sell out far ahead of time. In fact, Crosby, Stills and Nash will be performing on June 12th and that concert is already sold out. Sorry.

Head to Ticketmaster for tickets, or head to the Wine Shop at Chateau Ste. Michelle because they will have tickets there (and the service fee is only $3 at the winery as opposed to a lot more on Ticketmaster).

Some things to remember: parking is limited and bring cash to pay for your spot. You can buy wine at the winery and have it with you at the concert, but you can’t bring your own booze. You can bring your own picnic. I’d recommend bringing your own picnic. The concerts are held regardless of what the weather is doing. Keep an umbrella handy.

And, umm, The B-52’s and Blondie?! Hello? Don’t get in my way in the ticket line.
