When Yelp unveiled its Philly Homegrown Party on March 20th they rolled out the red carpet in front of Cityspace; and managed to make everyone in attendance feel like a V.I.P. due to things like expert haircut consultation from Plume, a Rock Paper Scissors Tournament for free beer, three different paparazzi photography opportunities, food from the likes of Elevation Burger and Supper, magic by Trickzone, libations from the likes of Root Alcohol and The Franklin Mortgage and Investment Co, and a whole lot more. It was such a great party that you would think even a mega review/social media website like wouldn’t attempt to dish out another Lavish party of its magnitude in the same year. But the Philadelphia branch of Yelp is ready to dish it out again in an unprecedented 2 months time with their Spring Festival at the Comcast Center Market!

The Comcast Center Market offer an exciting array of restaurants, specialty food purveyors and high end retailers. Whether you stop by for a quick breakfast, lunch from over nine fabulous eateries or to pick up dinner, you are sure to find something deliciously out-of-the-ordinary. And Termini Brothers, DiBruno Bros, LaScala’s, Mike’s Steaks, Mexican Post, and a number of the markets other eateries will be showcasing their offerings during the Festival. Not only that; but you will have the chance to wash it down with drinks from Vitamin Water, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka, Honest Tea, and UV Vodka!

It wouldn’t be a Yelp gathering without impressive entertainment, and that’s exactly what you’re going to find with the lineup of things that the Spring Festival is set to offer! Live band, DJ, adult snow cones, rock paper scissor tourney, cotton candy, spiked punch, and a giant gingham blanket? Yep! This indoor picnic’s going to be the raddest indoor fest (feast!) ever! Have your picture taken in the photo area, or maybe snag a candid shot with one of the many professional photographers! All while getting your groove on to local band, The Great Unknown, or DJ Qi Command!

The best part about Yelp’s Spring Festival is that it’s free, so long as your a member of the site. But an amazing local charity Gearing Up will be on site to raise awareness, and they’ll be accepting donations to support their invaluable work. So if you’re feeling frocky, bring a buck or two to help local folks make a difference in our community. Hundreds of people are expected to sign up for the event, but only a select amount will be invited to this exclusive event. So act now and sign up!
