Want something to do in NoLibs on August 1? Check out the Second Annual 2nd Street Festival in Northern Liberties. The free festival is open to all of Philadelphia’s residents and visitors. The festival showcases the creative and sustainable businesses and individuals that make up the neighborhood.
At the festival, you’ll find live music on three stages, skate activities and activities just for kids. Many of the vendors will also hold raffles, so be sure to check out the vendor booths.
The event occurs on August 1, 2010 from noon to 9 p.m. It happens on 2nd Street between Spring Garden Street and Girard Avenue. The festival’s sponsors include local and international brands such as Citypaper, Yard’s, Corona and Jameson.
Live music will include performances from Black Landlord, Chuck Treece, Adam Arcruagi, and DJ Sets by Dennis Wolffang, Ian Saint Laurent, and Frosty.
