Denver Parade of Homes 2010 – Something New

0

The Denver Parade of Homes has been a well-loved tradition for 23 years.  In the past it gave Denverites the chance to see how the other half lives, as well as providing us with great design and landscaping ideas.  This year it is all that and more.  The Parade of Homes now features 57 homes, ranging from $200,000 to $6 million.  There is something for everyone.  You can live out your fantasies, look at homes you can actually afford, and enjoy a little BBQ!

The Denver Parade of Homes

  • August 14 through Labor Day, September 6
  • Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Admission is FREE.

There are seven “Dream Homes“, within the Parade of Homes, that are priced from $1 million to $6.3 million. The Dream Homes are custom luxury residences which are meticulously decorated and landscaped. Entry is a one-time suggested $5 donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association .
