An astonishing 1,280 museums across the country are participating in 2010 Museum Day which means you get in for free, as long as you fill out this card This is the sixth annual Museum Day sponsored by Smithsonian Magazine.

In New York City alone, participating museums in 2009 included: American Folk Art Museum, Asia Society Museum, Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine, Center for Book Arts, Children’s Museum of the Arts, Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Dia:Beacon, Drawing Center, Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, Jewish Museum, Museum of the City of New York, New Museum, Museum at FIT, New York Historical Society, New York Transit Museum, Rubin Museum of Art, Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian, South Street Seaport Museum, and Studio Museum in Harlem.
