Atlanta and people who visit have an opportunity to see and purchase artwork by Salvador Dali.
Salvador Dali is a big deal in Atlanta right now. Have you gone to see the exhibit at the High Museum of Art yet? Maybe you saw it for free on Free Museum Day, or perhaps you got free entry the first weekend of the month—if you haven’t seen it, you can see the Dali exhibit in December for no cost. Do make sure you check it out before January 9, 2011 when the exhibit ends. At the very least, it will inspire you creatively or entertain you for a while.
If you’ve already experienced the brilliant and unique work of Dali, did you think to yourself, why can’t I have work like that in my own home? Well, you can. One Atlanta gallery currently has works for sale from a private collector.
Artist Trifecta in Castleberry Hills is currently exhibiting works by Dali, Rembrandt and Goya for viewing and purchasing. The exhibit will last until Jan. 7, 2011. This is the only art gallery in Atlanta featuring work by Dali.
According to 944 Magazine, the most rare pieces in the collection are “St. George and the Dragon” and “Grasshopper Boy.” All pieces are sure to have character.
