0 0

Murder by the Book is hosting a luncheon at the Briar Club with Kate Morton on December 9th at 11:30 PM to sign and discuss her new novel The Distant Hours. Kate Morton is the New York Times Best Selling author of The House of Riverton and The Forgotten Garden.

The Distant Hours follows Edie on an adventure sparked by a letter addressed to her mother that arrives fifty years past the intended delivery date. Along the way she meets the Blythe sisters who are residents of Milderhurst Castle. The Eldest, twins, have spent the better of their lives taking care of their younger sister, Juniper, who has not been herself since being left by her fiance in 1941. Edie comes to learn her mother lived there as a 13 year old and begins to explore the Castle to unravel her mother’s mysterious past.

While tickets are on sale now, they are only available until December 6th.  If you are not able to make the luncheon, Ms. Morton will be signing The Distant Hours at Blue Willow Bookshop that same evening at 7:00 PM.
