That’s the good word.
Connecticut-hailing progressive metal outfit Fates Warning will be playing a handful of shows this summer in Europe, and will even be supporting Dream Theater in Athens, Greece.
“We’re looking forward to playing in Europe again this summer, particularly Headbangers Open Air in Germany and, of course, returning to Greece for shows in Athens and Larissa,” says guitarist Jim Matheos.
He added that “these will most likely be our last shows before beginning work on a new Fates Warning [album] for 2012, so we hope to see a lot of you there.”
The album will be the band’s first since 2004’s FWX. InsideOut Music released a Fates Warning DVD entitled “Live In Athens” in 2005.
