I’ve always been open and honest about my relationship with Jason Suecof, super producer to the metal stars. We tight. He’s my boy, blue. We’re such good pals, we actually watch whatever movies or TV shows we recommend to each other. He’s a good dude, works hard, and deserves good things.
This past week was a good one for Jason and his team at Audio Hammer Studios in Sanford, Florida. This year alone, the producers of Audio Hammer have had a hand in albums by Trivium, August Burns Reds, Unearth, and The Black Dahlia Murder. The new ones by August Burns Red (which Jay produced) and The Black Dahlia Murder (helmed by Mark Lewis) opened high on the recent Billboard Top 200 albums chart.
“What can a man with crazy legs say?! I’m stoked,” said Suecof in a press release. “It’s so cool to me that all of my friends get to work together and make music, and then sometimes you have an awesome week like we did this week, and I’m so proud of everyone that was involved! I personally could not have done it without the hard work of Mark Lewis, Eyal Levi [who engineered the August Burns Red album and The Black Dahlia Murder mix with Suecof], and, of course, Ronn Miller (additional engineering, DVD/video), and Jeremy Frost, [who does] guitar set-ups for Audio Hammer Studios and beyond! Thanks to the fans because without them we have no one to make music for!”
Congrats to Audio Hammer, and to Jason. These guys all deserve good things. Good things. Real good things.
